$130k of difference.
~30,000 abandoned checkouts. Kyra texted every one, answered what stopped them, and handed back a checkout link. Their finance team audited the result on their own method and called $130,000 of it incremental.
- Cannot answer the question that caused the stop
- Same message to price doubt, compliance worry and payment failure
- No escalation, no diagnosis, no record of why
- Answers the objection, then returns a direct path to checkout
- Escalates to a human or a call when asked
- Median reply 70 seconds, day or night, ~2 messages per conversation

Opt-out ran at 3.97%, delivery failure at 4.3%, and ~1.7% of tracked orders were later reversed. Recovered revenue grew from ~$72,500 in July to ~$94,000 in August.
Their finance lead went in expecting to disprove it.
"Quite sceptical in the first instance." He ran his own audit and deliberately did not use our attribution: checkout-complete rate before launch against after, isolated, converted into orders and then revenue. +1.6pp, ~1,415 orders, ~$130,000.
This is a pre/post read, not a randomised holdout, over roughly seven weeks, and checkout-complete rate moves with payment processing, site changes and seasonality. Subscription revenue after the first order is excluded, so $130k is the conservative figure.
